Sundial is a puzzle game made by Andora Labs. You can play without an account: your progress, times, streak and settings are then stored only on your phone and are removed when you uninstall the app.
If you choose to sign in with Google, Sundial uses Google Firebase to keep a copy of your progress with your account, so it survives a new phone or a reinstall. Stored with your account are your Google account's name, email address and profile picture link, a unique account ID, and your game progress (puzzles solved, times, stars, levels, streak, coins and in-game settings). It is used only to save and restore your progress, is never sold, and is not used for advertising. You can sign out at any time, and Settings → Delete account deletes your account and the progress saved with it. Firebase is operated by Google; see firebase.google.com/support/privacy.
Free players see ads served by Google AdMob. To show and measure ads, and to prevent fraud, the AdMob SDK may collect your device's advertising ID, IP address and technical details such as the phone model. Where the law requires it (for example in the EEA, the UK and some US states) you are asked for consent first, and you can change your choice at any time in Settings → Ad privacy choices. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in your phone's Google settings. Google's use of this data is described at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
Premium is bought through Google Play. Andora Labs receives no payment details; Google Play tells the app only whether Premium is active.
Sundial is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their personal information.
