Delete your Sundial account

Sundial by Andora Labs

You do not need an account to play Sundial. An account exists only if you chose Sign in with Google to save your progress.

Delete it in the app

Open Sundial, go to Settings, and tap Delete account on your account card. Your account and the progress saved with it are deleted at once. The progress on your phone stays until you uninstall the app.

Delete it by email

If you no longer have the app, email support@getandora.in from the Google account you signed in with, with the subject "Delete my Sundial account". We delete it within 30 days and reply to confirm.

What is deleted and what is kept

Deleted: your account (name, email, profile picture link and account ID) and the saved progress (puzzles solved, times, stars, levels, streak, coins and in-game settings). Nothing is kept afterwards.

Purchases: the record of a Premium or coin purchase is kept by Google Play, not by Andora Labs.
